AllPoints Ally — Privacy Policy

AllPoints Ally ("Ally") is provided by AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies ("AllPoints") for its customers. Ally is two things: the price-match tool at allpoints.app/pricematch, and the Ally browser extension, which now links you to the tool and shows your AllPoints account manager.

What the tool collects

• Sign-in. The e-mail address on your AllPoints account and a one-time code we send to it. We never ask for or store a password. A signed-in session is kept for up to 90 days on the device you used.
• Your proof. The screenshots, invoices or quotes you upload. We keep each image, a one-way fingerprint of it, and what we read from it: part numbers, descriptions, prices, quantities and the supplier it appears to come from.
• Each request and its outcome. The parts we matched, your AllPoints price, the price you showed us, whether a match was offered, applied, declined or held, and why; the cart we built; the device type (phone or computer), browser type, and a hashed form of your network address.
• Requests to join. If you ask to join the Program, the name, company, e-mail and account number on your AllPoints login, plus the phone number and note you type.
• Your AllPoints account. Your account number, name, company, account manager and account pricing, read from AllPoints' own systems.

What the extension collects

When the extension opens on a supported site it records that it was shown and which site, and — only if you are signed in to allpointsfps.com and agreed to an earlier version's notice — your AllPoints identity, so it can show your account manager. It reads nothing on the page. Versions before 6.2.4 read the part number and price on the page you were viewing to show the matching AllPoints part; those versions are being retired and replaced automatically, and the policy that applies to them stays available until they are gone.

How AllPoints uses it

To run the Program: find the part, decide a match, apply it to your cart, prevent misuse (for example a proof image used more than once, or more requests than the Program allows) and respond to your requests. To improve AllPoints' pricing and product range and to understand how the tool affects purchases across AllPoints' sales channels. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone other than AllPoints and the service providers that process it for AllPoints under its instructions.

Where it goes

AllPoints' own systems and the providers acting for AllPoints: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (reads the images you upload to extract the part lines; the images are processed to produce that extraction and are not used to train Anthropic's models), Databricks (analytics), Resend (sign-in codes and e-mails) and Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

AllPoints keeps these records for up to 24 months, or longer where a legal obligation or a dispute requires it, and deletes or de-identifies them when they are no longer needed. Your session is stored only on your device and you can end it at any time with Sign out.

Your choices

You can stop using the tool at any time, and the extension can be removed from Chrome at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact orders@allpointsfps.com. We honor deletion requests except where we are required to keep a record.
